Director Disqualification and Insolvency Litigation Solicitors Nominated for Award.

Here at Neil Davies and Partners, we’re delighted to have made it to the short list for the 2016 Birmingham Law Society Awards for Law Firm of the Year (up to 4 partners). It’s an honour to have been nominated and made it to the short list for our work in our key specialisms of Director Disqualification, Insolvency Litigation and Misfeasance Claims, Insolvency and Restructuring, Commercial Litigation, Regulatory Disputes and Construction Disputes. The winner will be announced on 21st April 2016, so watch this space.

What does the nomination mean for our clients facing Director Disqualification, Insolvency problems or some form of dispute?

We were nominated and have now made it to the short list, and yes, it would be nice to win of course. However, what really matters is the help and advice we give to our clients, many of whom first get in touch when they are facing director disqualification proceedings from the Insolvency Service or have received a Misfeasance Claim. In other words they have a problem, the pressure is on and they need us to find a solution.

Our team of solicitors is experienced in delivering results in our areas of specialism. We know what the Insolvency Service, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, or others, want and our mantra is that no hole is too deep for us to make a difference. The earlier people get in touch the better, of course, but have a look at some of our case studies and testimonials to see some of the results we have been able to achieve for our clients.
